The location is completely up to you — in a rural setting, family farm, on a lake, or in a development, wherever you choose. Whether you currently own a lot on which to build your new home, are narrowing down your options between multiple sites, or are just getting started we can help you through the custom home building process.
As a custom builder, we know each lot has unique characteristics. We build your home on your land, the way you want it. With all types of home plans to choose from and each one customizable to fit your needs, we will work with you to make sure your home fits perfectly.
The following floorplans and descriptions are just a few examples of some custom homes that we have built. Some of the plans may not be able to be built again, but Michael Roberts Custom Homes is partnered with a design firm, and we are committed to finding the perfect home for your family.
The first step is to evaluate your site. We are happy to come out and do a home site evaluation. As your personal builder I will meet you at the site and answer questions like how your home will be positioned on the lot, what trees will need to be cleared, what utilities are available, and the list goes on.
Additions & Remodeling
A home addition or a remodel job may not sound complicated, but adding on to an existing structure or remodeling your home is not always an easy task. A job like this requires a contractor that has experience, pays close attention to detail, and can work within a budget. Michael Roberts Custom Homes brings an extensive amount of knowledge and experience, our tradespeople specialize in everything from roofs to foundations.
